When I first meet someone and they would like more information, we will set an appointment for a Consultation. The initial Consultation is free and lasts no longer than 30 minutes. If the person wants to continue, we schedule a Planning Session. This is usually not longer than 1 hour and is NOT free. Following the Planning Session, I send out a Service Agreement which spells out the specifics of the work we will be doing.

No, they are not the same thing. An Ergonomic Assessment goes deeper into workplace safety and conditions of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MDS) and ways to eliminate or drastically reduce them. The final Assessment is delivered in an actionable report.

No. All documents presented for notarization need to be original, they can not be photo copies. Because photocopies can be changed/altered, I have know way of knowing if they read/present the same way as the original.
